Hugo, The Sailing Frenchman, is preparing the Mini Transat. Bas" in Pornichet, he tells us in this episode the life of a sailor in a Mini. Having (very) little money, he has to be content with sleeping in his truck. That's where he prepares his races and training. He also has to take the time to prepare his boat so that it conforms to the rules. And finally, prepare his sailing both in terms of routes and weather.

The Classe Mini does not allow card plotter readers. Navigation is still a bit old-fashioned on the paper map and with GPS units that only give the position with longitude and latitude coordinates. The mobile phone and all its applications are totally forbidden. This is why no weather forecast other than that broadcast by the race will arrive on board during the event.
Hugo therefore describes the moments in the life of a sailor preparing his Mini Transat. There he will take the start of the SAS, a race which will see him sail around the tip of Brittany.
