Several ways to get on board
The Merry Fisher 1295 Fly is the largest unit in the Merry Fisher range, with an overall length of 12.56 m - 11.92 m hull length - and a beam of 3.80 m, for a total unpowered weight of 8,181 kg. She is fitted with three 300 hp outboards, flanked by two bathing skirts. The boat is approved in category B, and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Thanks to the choice of outboard motorization - made possible by the development of high-power engines - the Merry Fisher 1295 offers more living space. Starting with the cockpit. It can be accessed either from the starboard platform, secured by a gate, or from the coupe door on the port side. In a more American version, access is also possible via a hydraulic gangway on the port side.

A cockpit with direct access to the sea
The cockpit features a large L-shaped bench seat, the central section of which swivels forward to allow the engines to be raised easily. A large table with fixed supports covers an access hatch to a large cargo hold, where you'll also find the two 600-liter fuel tanks on each side, or an optional generator or stabilizer.

The starboard bulwark extends over the water, with electric controls to enlarge the cockpit. This extra space is ideal for water sports - you can inflate your paddle, for example - but also for swimming. At anchor, you can also choose to secure it with removable stanchions.

A comfortable saloon with a galley linked to the cockpit
Access to the interior is via a central sliding glass door. Directly at the entrance is the galley, which can also be used as a cockpit bar by opening the rest of the bay window and deploying a tray. The kitchen is U-shaped and fully equipped with a hob, oven, double sink and plenty of storage space, including an underfloor locker. The opposite cabinet houses a double refrigerator or a fridge and freezer.

The spacious U-shaped saloon is positioned on the port side, with a large bench seat and table. A television is concealed under the storage cabinet behind the windshield. The saloon is very bright, with virtually uninterrupted glazing and ventilation openings.

A modern, well-equipped cockpit
The interior cockpit is positioned on the starboard side, with a spacious dashboard housing all navigation instruments and engine controls. Two 12" Garmin GPS screens display both cartography and on-board functions. The pilot's seat offers excellent visibility, and can be used either sitting or standing. Finally, it turns to face the saloon. We particularly appreciate the large side door on the starboard side, which allows the pilot to quickly get onto the gangway for maneuvering. This extra door also makes it easier to move around the boat.

Three double cabins and two bathrooms
Three double cabins are located below deck. The owner's cabin is located at the bow, with its central double bed, storage space and direct access to the bathroom with separate shower. The other two cabins feature twin beds, which can be combined to create double berths. A second bathroom, also with separate shower, is located below deck. The sleeping area is also brightly lit by the hull's large windows, which also feature ventilation openings.

A large forward cockpit for greater privacy
Back outside, one of the highlights of the Merry Fisher 1295 is its large forward cockpit. There are three large sun loungers facing a bow seating area, on which an occasional table can be set up. The addition of cushions creates a huge sunbathing area. Access to the foredeck is via the port gangway - the deck layout is asymmetrical - or from inside the boat, through the cockpit side door.

A fully equipped flybridge for open-air piloting
Finally, the highlight of the boat is a fully equipped flybridge. Access is via the cockpit ladder. The stern is occupied by a U-shaped saloon, where the front bench seat can be transformed into a forward-facing bench seat by tilting the backrest. A galley unit with sink can be fitted with a grill and refrigerator with drawer. There's a second helm station, for outdoor cruising, with a seat that can also be tilted up. Finally, the front of the flybridge is occupied by a very large sundeck. A retractable bimini can be installed for protection from the sun.

Meticulous decoration
For the materials and decoration of the Merry Fisher 1295 Fly, Jeanneau has opted for quality, with Corian on the galley worktop and leather inserts on the interior furniture.
