A standard price that can be enhanced with options
The standard price of the Jeanneau Leader 10.5 CC without engine is ?186,360 incl. VAT. Our test model, presented with numerous options and two Yamaha 425 XTO engines plus joystick, is priced at ?377,100 incl. VAT (2023 price list). Of course, packages and options must be added to obtain a complete boat.
For example, the Silvertex Ice Premier Finish includes a number of options that seem essential for cruising, such as electric windlass, forward cockpit upholstery, flaps, interior and exterior lighting, and a refrigerator in the cockpit galley. This ?14,280 package must be supplemented by several other options, depending on the program, such as saloon and cabin upholstery, electronics package, cockpit table, etc. For fishermen, the livewell with seawater circulation pump and deck wash is priced at ?1,758 incl. VAT.
Our test model was also equipped with a gyroscopic stabilizer. Although this is a comfort option at the rather high price of ?50,208, its use is quite remarkable. Despite the chop, the boat doesn't roll when stationary.

Similar models, different programs
In a similar style and hull length - 10 m - and with a similar layout: two cockpits fore and aft, two double cabins and a toilet, the Leader 10.5 CC can be compared to the Regal 33 SAV or the Key Largo 34.

The Regal 33 with 2x300 hp costs around ?450,000 without engine, but includes several standard features such as hydraulic/electric steering, bow thruster with joystick and cockpit refrigerator.
The Key Largo 34, with two 300-hp Mercury engines, is available for ?235,000 including VAT, 2023 price list.

Finally, in a slightly different style, the Boston Whaler 330 Outrage offers a walkaround deck layout, two cockpits, but only one small cabin. Its base price without engine starts at $409,719.
