The Mylius M72, currently under construction in Podenzano, features Carkeek architecture, combining sharp waterlines and an optimized deck layout, with an interior inspired by contemporary naval architecture. This model is positioned at the frontier between offshore racing and high-speed cruising.
Structural design for lightness and stability

The M72 is built in prepreg carbon, enabling a significant reduction in weight (23.5 tonnes) while maintaining maximum rigidity. The lowered center of gravity enhances sailing comfort, limiting roll and pitch. This lightweight monolithic structure enhances both racing performance and anchoring stability.

The lifting keel allows you to vary the draught from 3.5 to 5.7 meters depending on the sailing mode, making the unit equally suited to regattas and coastal cruising.
A fluid, multifunctional deck layout

The M72's carbon flush deck can be finished in teak or Skydry, depending on the owner's preference. Space is freed up by the forward layout of the double helm stations, freeing up an aft area that can be used as a solarium. Maneuvers are completely concealed, the bimini is retractable, and the transom transforms into a bathing platform. This careful attention to the deck layout optimizes both sailing efficiency and passenger comfort.
A sleek hull for assertive racing potential
The waterlines of the M72, wide at the stern and powerful at the bow, bear witness to the pursuit of performance. Equipped with twin rudders and 1,000-liter side ballast tanks, she can reach high speeds while maintaining excellent stability, even with a reduced crew.
The sail plan includes a 225 m² horn mainsail (regatta version), a 148 m² J2, a 281 m² Code 0 and a 480 m² A3. The entire rig, including the 29.9 m Hall Spars mast, is made of high-modulus carbon.
Modular layouts and architectural interior design

The interior design, by Parisotto + Formenton Architetti, is based on an architectural vision of the yacht. The interior is treated like a "fluid shell", with continuous surfaces, clean lines and high-end finishes. Several layout proposals are available, including up to three cabins with en-suite bathrooms, a central saloon, a fully equipped galley, an office and additional berths.

Customers can fully customize the layout according to their personal preferences. The range of materials on offer oscillates between high-tech carbon styling and a Mediterranean ambience with wood, white lacquer or light textiles, in three decorative scenarios.

Integrated electronics and advanced engineering
The M72 benefits from full integration of on-board systems via 3D software. Finite element calculations were used to optimize structures. Onboard electronics include a PLC control system that automatically manages ballast transfers, navigation and real-time data, with latest-generation instrumentation.

Each system has been designed to facilitate the operation of the yacht, whether solo, short-handed or in regatta configuration.
A customizable platform between racing and cruising
The Mylius M72 stands out as a hybrid unit, capable of seducing both regatta and ocean cruising enthusiasts. Its extensive customization, lightweight construction, spaciousness and interior architecture make it emblematic of a new generation of high-performance cruisers focused on versatility.
