A semi-planing hull offering autonomy and fuel reduction

The semi-planing hull of the Swift Trawler 48, developed by the naval architecture firm Micad, optimizes fuel consumption and ensures comfort while sailing. Approved in category B, the boat can accommodate up to 12 people on board. Its large fuel tanks of 1,930 liters, combined with a moderate cruising speed of 9 knots, give it a range of 714 miles, which confirms the associated cruising program.

Facilitating life on board and sailing as a couple

The design is by Andreani and focuses on a comfortable layout, ease of movement, but also navigation, with direct access to the gangways from the cockpit. Bow and stern thrusters, installed as standard, also meet the same needs. From an aesthetic point of view, the Swift Trawler 48 takes up some of the decorative elements of the Grand Trawler 62, such as the roof support with the brand's logo.
