With the Filanciu 650, Corsican shipyard Fanale Marine unveils a 6.50 m semi-rigid designed to combine comfort, safety and sailing pleasure. Heir to an assertive island identity and the fruit of a partnership with Honda Marine, it stands out for its meticulous finish and lively handling. We tested it off the Bouches de Bonifacio for a complete, four-part test.

With the Filanciu 650, Fanale Marine confirms its ambition to offer RIBs with an assertive character. Positioned between the Pichju 620 and Falchettu 700, this 6.50-meter model combines elegant finishes, sturdy construction and a sailing program designed for much more than just summer cruising. The fruit of a recent partnership with Honda Marine, it is powered by a BF150 engine that gives it a lively temperament and a good reserve of power. We took the helm in the demanding waters of the Bouches de Bonifacio to judge its comfort, seaworthiness and price positioning in the face of stiff competition.
