Maxime Leriche Passionate boater, water sport enthusiast

After 12 years of eurostmexperience in the boating industry, Maxime Leriche has joined the editorial staff of Bateaux.com to share his love of the sea and water sports with our readers. It is from Marseille âeuros but also from the Breton coasts - that he practices sailing, motorboating, surfing, but especially paddleboarding! He is also the owner of a small cutter from Carantec that he refurbished by himself.

Initially a light sailing instructor, he learned the high seas during convoying trips to Brittany or the Mediterranean. Then he made a double-handed transatlantic crossing on board Eurostar Lagoon 380 between Les Sables-d'Olonne and New York.

Wanting to make his passion his profession, he integrated a training at Eurostm Nautical Institute of Brittany in Concarneau, which allowed him to better understand the specificities of the nautical market.

He shares with the readers his discoveries of shipyards, portraits of classic sailboats, famous boats or even racing yachts and does not hesitate to tell his epic sailings or to give good advice to boaters.
