Sea Ray launches a new 23-foot platform available in three models: SDX 230, SDX 230 Outboard and SDX 230 Surf. Aimed at yachtsmen looking for a towable, versatile boat, this model combines a modular cockpit, accommodation capacity and technical options for coastal cruising or water sports.
A cockpit designed for life on board

The configuration favors an open deck layout with L-shaped seating and unobstructed circulation space. An optional starboard compartment can accommodate a marine toilet, extending the day's sailing. The U-shaped bow incorporates a refrigerated locker and cushion, while the rear deck can be transformed into a sunbathing area thanks to a tilting backrest.
Three engines for three uses

The SDX 230 inboard is powered by a 250 hp 4.5 L MerCruiser V6 with Bravo Three base. The outboard version, more oriented towards ease of maintenance and rear space saving, is equipped with a 200-hp Mercury FourStroke. The Surf model adopts a 350-hp MerCruiser 6.2 L block, mounted on a Bravo Four S base with counter-rotating propellers and front shaft to optimize wave action.
A Surf version dedicated to gliding

The SDX 230 Surf incorporates a complete wave management system: 450 kg of ballast, electric flaps and automatic trim control. Three pre-settings are available via the Mercury Smart Tow interface on a dual 9" Simrad NSX screen, allowing the wave to be adapted to the rider's level.
Standard equipment and grouped options

All versions come standard with a Simrad touchscreen, DTS digital control, Active Trim and Fusion audio system. Three optional packs allow you to personalize the boat: comfort pack with additional cushions and tables, leisure pack with induction charging and enhanced audio, and Highline pack for the Surf finish with upgraded upholstery and SeaDek upholstery.
A 23-footer adapted to road transport

With its compact dimensions, the SDX 230 can be transported on a trailer, making it easy to launch in areas not served by high-capacity ports. This transportability extends its range of action, from inland waters to coastal anchorages.
