An "ultra-circulating" bridge plan

You can board the boat via one of the rear platforms. As on all models in the range, the outboard is concealed under a trunk. This design choice offers a new approach to the layout of the rear platform.

The shipyard was thus able to install a large sundeck on the engine fairing, adding an aesthetic appeal usually found on units equipped with inboard engines.

A small box under the port step houses the plug and charger. When the plug is out, avoid stepping on the hood, as it lacks a small notch for the cable to pass through.
The batteries are housed in the center of the boat, in a large locker that can be accessed after removing the large cowling to which the cockpit seats are attached. For reasons of weight and accessibility, this locker has no jacks. As the batteries do not require daily maintenance or servicing, this economy seemed to us to make sense.
Minimalist yet welcoming

Easy access to the cockpit and foredeck. Gangways are wide and quite safe. There are no handrails on the freeboard, but passengers can stand on the windshield or other handholds.

Pilot and passenger sit on the two helm seats, which swivel at anchor. The driving position is good. The cockpit is uncluttered, with all controls on a central console.

The front of the console opens up to reveal a small head compartment with a toilet and fabric storage, a sign of lightness. A deck shower and a cooling unit complete the list of onboard comfort options.

An optimized front end

At the bow, a large C-shaped bench seat converts to a sundeck and can accommodate 6 guests around an optional table. The right-angled stern provides ample living space for a hull barely 23 feet long.

The bow locker features two lockers, one for the anchor and the other for the flat fenders designed specifically for this boat. An electric windlass, an essential option for anchoring, can be fitted here.

An attractive optional front canopy closes off this living space. As standard, the De Antonio E23 comes with a non-slip gelcoat deck, but it is possible to add the Flexiteek option, which offers a beautiful finish while limiting the extra weight of a deck covering.
