Web series / Nomad Citizen Sailing : A beautiful navigation to discover the Yeu Island

After Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, direction Ile d'Yeu, 20 miles away, for a night at anchor with their friend Mathieu.

Daniela, Marvin, Tara and their friend Matthew set sail for Yeu Island. This 20 mile (about 4 hours of nav' ) sailing takes place under a bright sun, all sails out. Matthieu and Marvin take the opportunity to fish 3 mackerels which will be used for dinner that evening.

Once at anchor, the boys have to find a solution to stabilize their boat, their hunting anchor and they will have to return to port if they don't find a solution. But like any good beginner sailor, they have the sailors' bible, the Glenan course, on board.

Having finally found a solution, the boys spend the early evening fishing with Tara while Daniela prepares the meal.

The next morning, head to the beach for a CrossFit session with rocks scattered on the beach.

After the sport, it is time to get back on the boat and return to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The next day, professionals will come to install the bowsprit and the Nomas Citizen Sailing sailors should arrive at the pontoon with the high tide, around 7 pm.

This return sailing is once again taking place in fine conditions, with the yacht sailing at 6 knots in 9 knots of wind.
