Introduced 30 years ago, the Tonic 23 made many arguments in the under-seven metre category long before the time: transportable - with a large tractor vehicle all the same - it still has a rear double cabin, a separate toilet and a headroom of 1.70 m. The silhouette is a bit out of place, but we've done a lot worse since then!
Three large portholes illuminate the saloon, which can accommodate five people in a level of comfort worthy of a larger unit.
The deck plan is functional and well thought out but the hull is sensitive to pitching.

A forerunner, the Tonic 23 is one of the first production units to give clear priority to comfort and volume. A trend that continues to this day... Solid and well built, the 23 has no unpleasant surprises in store. Only the outboard motor, sails and deck fittings can be replaced.
The two versions on offer, keelboat and dinghy, do not compete on equal terms on the water, especially upwind in light weather (keelboat advantage!). Easy grounding or a good upwind course, the choice is yours!
