A silhouette by Lombard, following on from the 349

Inspired by the lines that made the Sun Odyssey 349 such a success, the 455 adopts the now classic inverted transom design favored by architect Marc Lombard. With a hull profiled right down to the waterline, the yacht boasts a sporty, modern silhouette, designed for performance as well as comfort.
An open, accessible cockpit designed for life on board

The Sun Odyssey 455 retains the famous gently sloping gangways linking the foredeck to the helm stations without steps, making it easy to get around. Two large cockpit tables enhance the ergonomics of the exterior space. The entire deck layout has been designed for easy, fluid, user-friendly navigation.
More upscale construction

Jeanneau takes a technological step forward with vacuum infusion manufacturing for both hull and deck. This method, already tried and tested on the Group's top-of-the-range boats, guarantees greater rigidity, optimized weight and consistent quality. This choice of materials reflects the more demanding positioning of this new model.
Interior design still confidential

Although the manufacturer has yet to reveal detailed plans for the interior, the first visuals reveal a U-shaped galley set against the planking, taking advantage of the generous width. This will ensure stability and comfort at sea, with particular attention paid to quality of life on board, natural light and stylish finishes.
The Sun Odyssey 455: a new step in the range
With the 455, Jeanneau has not only succeeded the 490âeuros¯ : it has also redesigned its range of top-of-the-range family cruisers. Although prices have not yet been revealed, this new model promises to be a serious contender in the 45-foot cruiser category. Presented as a world premiere in Paris, it crystallizes the expectations of a clientele in search of a high-performance, comfortable and elegant boat.
