A welcoming and functional rear lounge

At the stern, the bathing platform frames the outboard motor. It features a stainless-steel bathing ladder on the port side, as well as a hand-held shower fed by an 80-liter tank, a feature rarely found on RIBs of this size. These features are designed to meet the needs of bathing and water sports enthusiasts.

A comfortable aft sundeck for two occupies the upper part of the aft locker. This area, appreciated at anchor, does not impede traffic flow, thanks to wide, well-secured side decks.
The rear saloon: user-friendly and modular

In front of the sundeck, a U-shaped bench seat accommodates four passengers with a deep seat. Two stainless steel handrails keep occupants safe while sailing. The saloon can be transformed by a removable table into a dining area for lunch on board, or into an open space for greater fluidity when on the move. Note that opening the trunks is not easy, as the hoods have no hinges. Once open, you don't know what to do with the hood and cushion.

Nearby, the galley integrated into the leaning-post offers a work surface, sink and refrigerator. This equipment is all you need to prepare a quick meal at sea, reinforcing the HA27's autonomy on long outings. All this can be protected by a deployable bimini, providing essential shade in summer weather.

The center console: ergonomics and storage

The HA27 console houses the helm station and a passenger area. The helmsman is seated on a double bench with an enveloping seat and a well-sized footrest. Ergonomics are generally satisfactory, although the seat-to-steering distance lacks adjustment, limiting prolonged sitting.
The dashboard features a clear, easy-to-read 12-inch Garmin display, plus storage space. The console is protected by an attractive stainless steel handrail, which also serves as a support for passengers.
Lateral circulation and safety on board

The side gangways measure around 30 centimetres, making it easy to move between the stern and the bow. These safe passages, combined with the grips installed on the floats, allow passengers to stand up without difficulty.
Safety is further enhanced by a multitude of handrails: around the console, along the leaning-post and on the sides of the rear seat.

A beautiful beach before

The forward section houses the HA27's largest relaxation area. A sunbathing area 2 m long and 1.60 m wide can accommodate three people. The cushions are easily stowed away in two spacious lockers, fitted with jack-mounted covers.

Under the floor is the anchor locker with its electric windlass, designed to lift some 30 meters of galvanized chain. The bowsprit, with its effective non-slip coating, facilitates mooring and boarding via the forepeak. Two stainless steel cleats complete the system.
Facilities designed for a full day on board
The HA27's deck layout clearly emphasizes day use. The two sunbeds, convertible aft saloon, galley and aft shower are all you need for uncompromising dining, swimming and sailing.
The choice of a RIB without a cabin or berth is in line with a Mediterranean sailing philosophy that favors time spent outdoors rather than nights on board. The absence of a berth is compensated for by a comfort of movement and versatility rare in this size category.
The deck layout of the 4XC Design HA27 demonstrates a clear coherence between program and layout. Everything is designed for user-friendliness and modularity, without excessive sophistication. Each zone is functional, each piece of equipment designed for a specific use. This architectural choice confirms that the HA27 is a boat for active navigation and collective relaxation, designed to maximize the pleasure of a day at sea.
