VanDutch 75: an open yacht combining minimalist style and cruising comfort

The VanDutch 75 will be unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025. This 22-meter yacht marks a new phase for the Cantiere del Pardo shipyard. It combines minimalist lines, technical innovations and amenities designed with cruising in mind.

Since 2020, the VanDutch brand has been owned by Cantiere del Pardo an Italian shipyard already known for its Grand Soleil sailboats and Pardo Yachts range. This acquisition anchored VanDutch in a solid industrial structure, providing it with modern production capacities and an international distribution network. Where the Dutch shipyard had built its identity on a minimalist, instantly recognizable design, it lacked a tool capable of ensuring technical and commercial continuity. The integration within Cantiere del Pardo therefore aims to preserve the purist style that has made the brand's reputation, while opening it up to new perspectives, such as the launch of the VanDutch 75.

The VanDutch 75 is part of a new development phase for the Cantiere del Pardo shipyard, which aims to evolve the brand's identity while retaining the clean lines that have made it such a success. With this 22-meter model, presented as a world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025, the shipyard seeks to reconcile aesthetic minimalism with on-board comfort.

The VanDutch 75, between heritage and repositioning

Launched under the banner of Cantiere del Pardo, the VanDutch 75 takes up the codes that have forged the manufacturer's reputation: low profile, straight lines, uncluttered surfaces. But beyond style, it also represents a strategic evolution. The shipyard intends to bring the brand closer to the world of cruising by broadening the range of sailing possibilities, while retaining the spirit of fast open yachts.

A redesigned deck for conviviality at sea

The pozzetto occupies an area of forty-five square meters, organized around two large opposing sofas and modular tables for up to ten people. The integration of a complete galley unit âeuros Fenix top, barbecue, fridge, âeuros ice maker confirms the vocation of this deck to become the center of life on the boat. The carbon hard-top, designed to limit volume, protects the lounge area without upsetting the balance of the lines.

Technical innovations and choice of materials

The VanDutch 75 introduces several new features to the range:

  • a door integrated into the windshield for direct access to the bow;
  • a retractable anchor integrated into the bow, preserving the purity of the lines;
  • a deck in natural teak with white joints, a first for the brand.

The construction uses high-quality stainless steel components, while the superstructures are made of carbon to reduce weight. All this illustrates the shipyard's commitment to technical as well as aesthetic excellence.

Interiors by BurdissoCapponi

The interiors, designed by BurdissoCapponi Yachts&Design, offer two distinct atmospheres: Cool bright and contemporary, and Smooth with a warmer, mogano finish. The version presented at the show will be equipped with three cabins, including an owner's suite to starboard and a guest cabin with twin beds to port, both with en-suite shower rooms. Forward, the VIP cabin has access to a third head. The open-plan dinette features an open-plan galley and a large modular table.

Autonomy designed for cruising

Although it belongs to the open category, the VanDutch 75 comes close to cruising standards thanks to its 3820-liter fuel range and 1000-liter freshwater tanks. The motorization is based on a Volvo Penta IPS âeuros 1050 or âeuros 1350 triple installation capable of propelling the yacht at up to 40 knots. The model can carry sixteen passengers, and is CE-certified in categories B and C.
