Like every year, the Miami International Boat Show brings together boaters from North America and beyond. It's a major event, and an opportunity to discover dozens of new boats, from open boat to catamarans and yachts.
Iliad 53 F
A flybridge version of the 53 S, the Iliad 53F has a modern look, with long hull portholes giving a good idea of the interior space. This Australian catamaran features a large, well-protected aft cockpit and two fairly wide skirts.
The foredeck also offers a small U-shaped saloon for enjoy the sunset.
As on the S version, the nacelle layout features a large galley, a dining area for 6 to 8 people and a saloon forward. There's also a helm station protected from the elements. For the sleeping area, the catamaran will be presented in a version with three cabins and two bathrooms, but the deck layout can be customized.
Access to the flybridge is easy, thanks to a beautiful staircase. Once on the upper level, you'll discover a very welcoming layout with an outdoor kitchen, a terrace and a beautiful dining area that can be transformed into a solarium.
The catamaran is powered by Volvo or Yanmar 440 hp engines which, according to the manufacturer, enable it to reach a maximum speed of 21 knots and cover more than 2,500 nautical miles at slow cruising speeds.

Outremer 52
The French catamaran specialist will be presenting its latest model, the Outremer 52. Designed by VPLP and largely inspired by the 55, the 52 features large windows for maximum visibility. Its structure has also been designed to reduce weight and enhance performance.
The catamaran make life onboard easier with lots of open spaces, in particular in the nacelle. The Outremer 52 is available in three- or four-cabin versions, and features "My Free Space", a unique modular cabin concept located in the port forward cabin. This concept allows the cabin to be adapted to the needs of the crew, either as a double cabin, an office, a walk in closet or a storage and DIY area.
Last but not least, a great deal of attention has been paid to ergonomics, with, for example, different helm positions.

Nautitech 48 Open
Following the 44 Open unveiled two years ago, Nautitech is now unveiling the new 48 Open, which will make its world debut at MIBS. Designed by MLYDG, this new sailing catamaran follows in the footsteps of the 44 Open, with helm stations on the aft side of each hull for optimum visibility. the boat also features a modular cockpit and ample seating space on the foredeck. The nacelle takes up the idea of the central bar, the shipyard's hallmark, and also offers an attractive saloon and a well-equipped galley.
As a very large proportion of Nautitech customers are round-the-world sailors, the shipyard has taken this into account by offering three or four cabins, including one called Smartroom Utility, which can be fitted out according to the crew's needs. This space can be used as a cabin, laundry room, storage or even as a workshop.

HH44
The latest delivery from South Africa's HH shipyard, the 44 is, like her range-mates, built in carbon. The catamaran incorporates a wealth of technology, starting with a hybrid diesel/electric engine. It also features perfect integration of solar panels, with 4,232 watts available installed on the roof. Power that enables it to cruise at 7.5 knots in silence. To complete the package, the HH 44 also features a hydro generator.
As for the rest, this 44 ft catamaran promises excellent performance under sail, but also a neat, bright interior and three cabins, each with its own head. The boat is available in two versions, OC (Ocean Cruising) for family cruising and SC (Sports Cruising) for performance enthusiasts.

70 Sunreef Power
American premiere for the Polish shipyard's 70 Sunreef Power. The model presented, Alma Diva, features a custom layout designed for its owner. Built in composite, this catamaran features a huge flybridge and relaxation area on the foredeck. As for habitability, in addition to the nacelle incorporating a helm station and a very large saloon, the boat offers up to seven cabins and five bathrooms.
The classic version is powered by two 2 x 850 hp engines. The ECO version features solar panels embedded in the hull and roof, significantly reducing its carbon footprint.

Aquila 47 Molokaï
The 47 Molokai is the second model in Aquila's offshore fishing range. Based on the general concept of its little brother, the 28, the 47 Molokaï takes advantage of its size to offer a generous amount of deck space. The bow is halfway between a walk-around and a bow-rider, while the stern features a vast cockpit dedicated to fishing.
Another special feature of this boat is a true cabin with a queen size bed and a small head. Regarding the power, the Aquila accepts up to 900 hp, propelling it at nearly 60 knots!

Boston Whaler 210 Vantage
Boston Whaler completes its family-oriented double-console range with a slightly smaller model, the 210. The 210 Vantage is organized around a small bow-rider forward, two mold-integrated consoles and a modular aft cockpit.
Thanks to its reversible backrests, this cockpit can be used as a dining area, or for fishing. Its deep-V hull accepts up to 250 hp for a claimed performance of 43 mph.

Harris Crowne 250 SL
The Harris Crowne propels the pontoon boat into the world of luxury and technology. This 28-foot tritoon (three logs) can accommodate up to 13 people and 500 hp. Featuring a streamlined fiberglass upper section, the Crowne boasts an inverted hoop, automotive-style headlights and top-of-the-range furniture.
The pontoon is also packed with technology, including a swim ladder with electric lift and two 12" Simrad screens.

Galeon 435 GTO
The Galeon 435 GTO (Grand Touring Outboard), with its huge windshield extended by a glass roof, its extra-large hull portholes and its modularity, is not likely to leave anyone indifferent. The wheelhouse features an almost 360° view, while the sliding bench seat and funfolding bulwarks allow the cockpit to be adapted to your needs. The interior layout also looks promising, with three helm seats, a bar and two large cabins.
The boat can be fitted with up to 3 x 600 hp Mercury outboard engines for a maximum speed of around 55 mph (48 kts).

Azimut Fly 72
With its large glass surfaces and use of carbon, the Azimut 72 is heading for the future. Even with its flybridge, the newcomer display a very dynamic look and a very modern interior. In addition to the aft cockpit, the boat boasts a beautiful relaxation area forward. Inside, the Azimut 72 Fly is available with an open galley or a closed galley. The sleeping area features an owner's cabin, a VIP cabin and two other cabins.
Each cabin has its own head. Crew quarters are located aft. The boat is available with 2 x 1 400 hp Man for a maximum speed of 26 knots.
