A collaboration between Honda Marine and Altamarea
The HA27 is the fruit of a strategic partnership between Honda Marine and the Italian shipyard Altamarea, a recognized specialist in RIBs in the Mediterranean. The 4XC Design range covers several units from 5.90 m to 8.45 m, but the HA27 is the flagship, with its 8.45 m length and 2.90 m beam.

Honda contributes its mechanical expertise, while Altamarea designs a hull that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. This dual identity forms the basis of the project's philosophy.
A program geared to versatility
The HA27 is approved for 14 passengers in category B, a fact that immediately places the HA27 in the register of versatility. Its architecture favors modular spaces: sunbathing areas, rear U-shaped bench seat, convertible cockpit and large bow area.

The program is twofold:
- Family-friendly coastal cruising thanks to relaxation areas, galley and comfortable circulation.
- Sports and nautical activities (swimming, fishing, diving, towing), made possible by the robustness of the rear platform and multiple accesses to the water.
A philosophy inspired by Mediterranean semi-rigids
The HA27 follows in the footsteps of Italian semi-rigids, characterized by exterior versatility and the quest for user-friendliness. The emphasis is on moments shared on board, rather than on cabins, which are absent from this model.
The philosophy is therefore clear: to offer a boat that is accessible, safe and modular, where every surface can be used either for sailing or for relaxing at anchor.
Honda Marine's technological contribution

In addition to the Italian hull, Honda has incorporated its BF 250 Sport White engine, a V6 renowned for its flexibility and Ecomo system for optimized fuel consumption at steady speeds. This engine meets the need for a balance between performance (37 knots top speed) and fuel efficiency (30 liters/hour at 20 knots).
A clear identity in the marketplace
Unlike other RIBs more oriented towards fishing (Rodman), or luxury (Galeon, Joker Boat), the HA27 asserts its identity as a versatile family boat. It doesn't sacrifice build quality, but avoids the excesses of expensive finishing, to stay within an affordable price range.
This "right balance" philosophy explains why Honda chose this model as the showcase for its semi-rigid range.
