Castoldi Jet 34 Limo: the seagoing limousine that combines modularity, series and high technology

With the Jet 34 Limo, Castoldi enters the limousine tenders market with a semi-series approach. This 10.50 m model combines modularity, industrial know-how and top-of-the-range finishing to meet the needs of a cruising fleet.

Castoldi's entry into the limousine tenders segment marks a significant industrial turning point for the Italian shipyard. The Jet 34 Limo, designed in partnership with Nauta Design, offers a semi-standardized approach in a sector traditionally dominated by made-to-measure.

The emergence of semi-series sea limousines

Castoldi offers a common platform, designed to be produced in small batches, while retaining the possibility of adjusting certain modules to customer requirements. This strategy reduces production times and keeps costs down, without sacrificing the customization of interior fittings.

The Jet 34 Limo is destined to be fitted aboard top-of-the-range cruise ships currently under construction in Italy, each receiving four identical units, supplemented by two Jet 28 SV support tenders.

Modular layouts: an adaptive cockpit

One of the highlights of the Jet 34 Limo is its fully modular interior configuration. The cockpit can be reconfigured to suit any operation: passenger transfer, cocktail party, or use as a discreet shuttle.

This flexibility is of real interest to yacht and cruise operators who need to juggle different types of service. Access is possible from the bow, sides or stern, ensuring fluid circulation and accessibility adapted to different dock or boat configurations.

Technical solutions tailored to operating constraints

Designed to meet the demands of high-end commercial operations, the Jet 34 Limo incorporates a range of practical solutions: large headroom, multiple access points, advanced soundproofing and air conditioning capable of stabilizing the temperature in less than fifteen minutes.

A washroom area provides a self-contained service for short periods, without compromising overall comfort.

Powertrain technology: efficiency and control

As for propulsion, Castoldi remains true to its DNA with a jet system combined with ACES electronic control. Two 250 hp Yanmar 4LV blocks propel the unit to a maximum speed of 35 knots.

Castoldi's know-how, renowned for equipping both military vessels and professional launches, guarantees time-tested reliability. Acoustic discretion is enhanced by ventilation vents concealed in the deck rail, keeping mechanical noise to a minimum without altering the ship's lines.

On-board comfort: lighting, materials and ambience

The interior, designed by Nauta Yachts, adopts a sober aesthetic, with particular attention paid to light and finishes. Panoramic windows provide excellent natural light, while ceiling lights create a soft, structured ambience. Materials are chosen to withstand intensive use while maintaining a pleasant feel and refined visual appearance.

With a length of 10.50 m and an air draft of 2.10 m, the Jet 34 Limo can accommodate 14 people (12 passengers + 2 crew). Its autonomy is assured by 400 liters of fuel and 60 liters of fresh water.

First delivery scheduled for late 2025. Official presentation at the Monaco Yacht Show 2025.
