Summary / Test drive the Axopar 25, thermal propulsion versus electric propulsion!

In 2021, Axopar launched its 25-foot model, which we tested in Cannes with a 250-horsepower combustion engine. The following year, same place, same model, but this time with a 300 horsepower Evoy electric motor! Here is a comparison of the performances and sensations felt in each of the tested versions.

The Axopar 25 is a small, versatile open hull, which nevertheless allows for extended sea time thanks to its double cabin. In 2021, when it was launched, the shipyard presented it at Cannes with a Mercury engine of 250 hp, its maximum power. The following year, we discovered this same model on the pontoons, equipped this time with a 300 hp electric outboard engine from Evoy. Power, performance, noise... It's here !
