A boat to travel long and far
The Coupé has an important place in the history of Nimbus. For more than 40 years, the Swedish shipyard has been developing a range of Coupés for coastal sailing and adventure. In light of recent years and the new travel habits created by their customers - to refocus in a haven of comfort and safety - Nimbus decided to launch the design of the 465 Coupe. This 15 m long model, named "Voyageur", allows the shipyard to enter the market of explorer boats.

The Nimbus 465 Coupé will allow customers to embark two, several couples or families for long trips. From the Nordic countries to the Mediterranean to the United States, the 465 Coupe, with its modular cockpit, totally enclosed or open, will suit all markets.

A design for independent living
With a view to travel, the Nimbus 465 Coupe has large tanks to cover long distances, but also to be able to stay at anchor without worrying about the need for electricity, fresh water or black water recovery. In the same way, you will be able to find on board what you need to live in autonomy: washing machine, dishwasher, generator...

The heart of the boat is the saloon, where you can really live on board: lounge area, dining room, kitchen, steering position. All of this is bathed in light, thanks to the many side windows, but also the roof. However, the outside spaces are also convivial, on the bow with a large sunbathing area, in the cockpit with a beautiful removable bathing platform or on the flybridge.

Below deck, the layout will accommodate up to 6 people via the beautiful central owner's cabin or the double guest cabin at the front. A cabin with two bunk beds will be used for children, for example. Two bathrooms with separate shower complete the layout.

A hybrid engine in the pipeline
The shipyard has opted for two Volvo Penta IPS650 engines, and a future version will incorporate a hybrid electric system with a generator. Orders will be opened in the spring of 2023 and deliveries will begin in the fall of 2024. No price has yet been communicated by the shipyard.
