Last joys and disappointments at sea
End of the adventure for the Pretenders to the Atlantic. In this last episode, our sailors feel the arrival of the sea with the numerous sargassum floating on the surface of the ocean. It is also the opportunity to catch a last fish and to enjoy a nice paella with freshly caught sea bream. Pleasure of the watch under the moon and of the spinnaker tacks, in a sometimes erratic wind. And for us spectators, the pleasure of beautiful images!
Between relief and apprehension
Anyone who has sailed for a long time knows this ambivalence. Interviewed by Christopher, the sailors express their mood, as Martinique gets closer and closer. Feelings mixed between nostalgia for the joys of the open sea and a desire to rediscover some of the simplest pleasures of the land, the shower, the long nights... A feeling that we can share after its 10 episodes and the complicity tied between protagonists and spectators!
