Fairline Targa 58 GTB, a giant beach club in a 60-foot speedboat

Fairline will launch its first yacht with an integrated beach club, the Targa 58 GTB, in Cannes in September 2020.

The British luxury yacht builder Fairline Yachts will launch at the Cannes Yachting Festival its new 60-foot speedboat, the Targa 58 GTB. The latter is the work of the brand's designer - Alberto Mancini - to whom we owe several yacht designs for Baglietto or Otam.

The Targa 58 GTB has modern and sporty lines, but it is above all its huge beach club that attracts all the attention. It is the first Express Cruiser model under 80 feet from the British shipyard to offer a bathing beach of this size.

Thus, at the stern, the bulwarks open to offer more space for relaxation, while the bathing platform transforms into a real beach club, with a submersible platform. The secure cockpit, located on the main deck, is then accessed via side stairs. Then, you just have to take the side decks to reach the foredeck, which houses a very large lounge area that can certainly be converted into a huge sunbathing area.

The beach club also offers access to a large garage that can accommodate a tender and a jet-ski. When sailing, the bulwarks fold down, but the launch keeps the transom completely open.

Inside, the design is neat and elegant, with a U-shaped galley on the port side and an opposite saloon area aft of the main deck. The large U-shaped saloon is positioned on the port side as well, while the double steering position is on the starboard side. Thanks to the large amount of glazing in the superstructure and roof, the main deck should be bathed in light.

On the lower deck there are three beautiful cabins with en-suite bathrooms with separate shower. The owner's cabin is located at the stern, the guest cabin at the bow and a cabin with two single beds on the starboard side.
