This category of the 2019 European motorboat of the year includes units from 35 to 45 feet. This year, new features are being considered in the selection and election of the winner: airworthiness and autonomy. Indeed, motor boats in this category must be able to cover long distances, both at sea and in coastal navigation. Characteristics such as sailing behaviour, safety and autonomy are therefore particularly important criteria for the jury.
BlueGame 42
The Bluegame 42 is the access model to the Sport Utility range. Despite its size of 12.98 m, the Italian shipyard has managed to concentrate all the features of the range on it. Thus, the central part of the platform lowers to release a 9-foot tender and also becomes a swimming platform.
The cockpit has a U-shaped saloon with a facing kitchen and a large sunbathing area at the stern. Under the deck, the forepeak is occupied by a saloon, while a large cabin and a bathroom complete the layout.
Cranchi Crossover T 36
The Cranchi Crossover T36 is a blend of a trawler for comfort and life at sea and a fast and sporty cruise ship, thanks to its planing hull. This 11.85 m model features a beautifully spacious and fully glazed wheelhouse, while the hard-top openings provide ventilation inside. This level boat offers easy access to the sea with a beautiful swimming platform.
On board, you will find all the necessary facilities and equipment to live comfortably at sea: sunbathing, kitchen, saloon or a large cockpit. The hard-top can even accommodate two bicycles or a canoe. Under the bridge, two versions of fittings are available: two cabins and two bathrooms, or three cabins and a bathroom.
Jeanneau NC 37
The frame of Eovolt bicycles is made of aluminium, the same one used on aircraft. Besides its weight, it is interesting when sailing, because aluminium does not rust. A small detail, this electric bike, which has a screen to manage the battery and the level of assistance, is also equipped with a USB plug to recharge your laptop while on the road. NC 37 takes over the characteristics of the NC range with life on board on one and the same level, the side door of the cockpit, the very secure recessed gangways and the coupé door. The NC 37 retains the same chic and contemporary design as the NC 33.
The main innovation is the door that unfolds completely between the living room and the cockpit. This frees up space between the saloon and cockpit, with this L-shaped kitchen that forms a bar towards the cockpit.

The Sealine F430 is a fully equipped 13.06 m long cruiser for a long and comfortable sea holiday. Its large flybridge is spacious enough to accommodate the whole family, and offers the choice between a rest in the sun or an outdoor dinner. Its bathing platform can be easily lowered and is equipped with a staircase. Several grills invite you to the kitchen, while sunbathing invites you to be comfortable.
Inside, the space is very bright and offers a panoramic view. Furnished as if at home, there is a beautiful kitchen at the back and a large saloon with a facing cockpit at the front. Under the bridge, there are two to three double cabins with two bathrooms.
Skilsø 39 Panorama
This very Mediterranean star with her large open cockpit comes from the Norwegian shipyard Viknes. With an overall length of 11.9 m, it is the shipyard's largest model and above all the first model of the new generation of Nordic stars.
While it retains the brand's DNA, it nevertheless brings many innovations, starting with the electric cockpit door to create an indoor/outdoor living space. The interior is modern and elegant and very bright. And this impression of continuous space under the deck with three double cabins that can accommodate up to 6 adults. Although it offers all the comfort you expect for a long trip, it is also fast, reaching 35 knots.
