Inspired by the F47
Following its launch in the United States, Sessa Marine introduces the F48 to the European market. This 14.9 m motor yacht with flybridge is the shipyard's latest innovation. Inspired by the Italian Sessa F47 model, the F48 offers new features for use in tropical regions. It can accommodate up to 16 passengers and 6 overnight guests. While the F47 was built in Italy, the F48 is produced in the shipyard's Brazilian factories, but retains the brand's Italian style.
The site explains: "The new Italian Sessa F47 was launched in 2022, bringing with it new features, the layout of the Fly area and improvements to the cockpit, which has gained a bar area and an "L"-shaped sofa, in addition to the interior, which has been renewed with new upholstery and materials. The F48 is a plus in terms of restyling for the American market, but we're confident that the vessel is equally suited to the European market. The trend is for us to keep only the F48 in the future."
Increased overall length
To develop even more living and outdoor space, while retaining the classic Italian design lines, the overall length has been extended by 3.5 feet. The shipyard focused on expanding the aft area, cockpit and submersible bathing platform. Another new feature is a more inviting saloon and dining area.

Two kitchen layout options
Inside, the F48 is all about privacy and independence, with three cabins and two separate bathrooms, one in the owner's cabin and the other for the two guest cabins. This model offers two galley layout options. The first option is based on the original version, with an interior galley at the front of the boat, behind the windshield, while the second allows the galley to be integrated into the cockpit on the starboard side. The galley is fully equipped for cruising: sink, 4-burner hob, hood, 60 L freezer/refrigerator, microwave and waste garbage can.

The flybridge, the heart of Fly 48 life
The flybridge is one of the boat's focal points, featuring a bar with sink, an attractive U-shaped bench seat with central table aft, and an imposing sundeck framing the helm console. A T-top is available as an option, for added protection and comfort when sailing.

35 knots top speed
Two 550-hp Volvo Penta D8 IPS 700 engines power the F48, giving it a top speed of 35 knots.

Continuing the global deployment strategy
One year after its American launch, 11 models have already been sold and delivered. With production of its models in factories in Brazil and Italy, the shipyard hopes to further expand its global business. The starting price is 1,162,000 euros.
