"The 1017 Lido will be replaced by the 1017 GT Air to harmonize the range. The other models are available in two versions - Standard and Air - and the same will apply to this new model. The shipyard is also taking the opportunity to give the boat a new look with a more modern design. The fridges will no longer be behind the seats, but underneath and the console behind the pilot and co-pilot seats will disappear." explains the French importer.
For all models, the name Air means space optimization with a central steering station. This was already the case on the Lido, but on this new version, the latter has been upgraded with a spherical windscreen and lots of ambient lighting. Thus, the Frauscher 1017 GT Air follows the 747 Mirage Air launched in 2014 and the Frauscher 858 Fantom Air launched in Cannes in 2018.
The Fraucher 1017 GT Air keeps its hull on the right bow with its double step, characteristic of the construction site. Equipped with 2 diesel or petrol engines with a maximum power of 860 HP, the Frauscher 1017 GT Air is currently the largest Air model of the Austrian shipyard. It will have its world premiere at the Boot in Düsseldorf from 19 to 27 January 2019.
