Quicksilver will present at the Cannes Yachting Festival the new - and largest model in the range - 875 Sundeck, which completes the Sundeck range already composed of 4 models: the 605, 675, 755, 805 Sundeck. This 8.06 m model (8.74 m optional with the extension of the bathing platform) is designed for small cruises with a cabin that can accommodate up to 4 people (10 people on board in category CE B and 12 in category CE C).
At the front, there is a large sunbathing area (2.25 x2, 25x1, 21) with adjustable multi-position backrest and cup holder.
The aft cockpit is modular and can be used as a dining, lounge or relaxation area. The L-shaped rear bench seat can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the folding bench seat (optional) next to the external kitchenette around the cockpit table for an outdoor meal. The living room can also be converted into a very large sunbathing area (1.90 x1.60 m) thanks to the reclining backrest at the rear. The latter has 3 positions: vertical, 45° (reading, relaxation) or horizontal. Once the cockpit table is lowered and covered with a cushion and the folding bench seat is lowered, the rear space becomes a very large relaxation area.
Under the steering bench is the equipped kitchen with pressurized water sink, cutting board, double gas stove or electric grill and side refrigerated drawer. In this way, when not needed, the cockpit space is freed up.
The steering console is wide and equipped with two bolster steering seats. The dashboard has enough space for many electronic equipment.
Access to the cabin is on the starboard side. There is a square on the front, which can be transformed into a bed for 2 people (1.80 x2 m), as well as an interior kitchen with microwave and 50 L refrigerator. A mid-cabin for 2 people as well as a toilet compartment with pressurized water sink, shower and electric marine toilet. The lower deck looks bright thanks to the side windows, deck hatch and opening portholes, ideal for ventilating the cabins.
We are dealing with an asymmetrical deck layout with an offset console on the port side to increase the width of the starboard gangway and facilitate traffic to the foredeck. High handrails ensure safe travel and navigation.
On the rear, the bathing platforms can be extended as an option (8.74 m) and have a step to easily switch from one to the other. Several Mercury outboard engine configurations are possible: single up to 400 hp or double up to 500 hp max.
Many options and packages are available to increase comfort on board, especially in the cabin or cockpit (folding benches, sunbathing, refrigerator, cabin curtains, etc.).
