The new Princess V40 will make its debut at the German boat show in Düsseldorf (January 21-26, 2017) and features the same hull, sterndrive configuration and engines as Princess Yacht's successful V39. The exterior and interior layout have been modernised, with new glazing running along almost the entire length of the hull, bringing light to the saloon and cabins. This new feature also brings her aesthetically closer to the largest models in the range. Inside, the helm station has been redesigned, as have the saloon and living areas, which are brighter and more spacious.

Exterior of the Princess V39
To support this breath of modernity, new colours - grey, off-white and pewter - as well as new fabrics - Ralph Lauren - bring a modern and elegant look to the new V40.
The V40 is ultra maneuverable and accelerates quickly even if it hasn't had any improvement on the engine side. Top speed is expected to be 38 knots with two Volvo Penta Diesel engines. Also noteworthy is its sunroof, which creates more than 5 m2 of open space in the cockpit. Spacious, it accommodates a large teak table and a fully equipped bar as well as a sunbathing area of several square meters, installed at the rear of the boat.
The layout remains much the same as the V39, although the helm seat has been slightly revised to provide more support. The large saloon and fully equipped galley provide a meeting area, while the two cabins are fitted out in a contemporary style and are relatively spacious.

Salon du Princess V39
The forward cabin has a bathroom with direct access to the saloon while the aft cabin can be equipped with scissor bunks (optional) that can be transformed into a double bed here and there.
