Deep Blue is a female white shark over 6 meters long. It was filmed near Guadalupe Island, Mexico, and is even touched by man.

Researcher Mauricio Hoyos Padilla filmed what could be the world's largest white shark. Deep Blue, that's her name, is a female about fifty years old, measuring more than 6 meters long. The white shark has a maximum size of 5.8 m long.

Easily recognizable by its scars on the flank, Deep Blue is found in Pacific waters and was filmed not far from the island of Guadalupe, Mexico. On the video, we can see the animal turning around a diving cage. The researcher, located outside the cage, even takes the opportunity to touch the animal.

This is not the first time that this female white shark has been filmed, since in 2014, Mauricio Hoyos Padilla had managed to mark the shark and film it. A report was then produced by Discovery. The images are available in the 2 e video.
