Vendée-based Beneteau completes its new generation of express cruisers with the Gran Turismo 50. This 15-meter model marks an evolution in the design of high-speed motor cruisers. Designed in partnership with British naval architect Bill Dixon, it seeks to reconcile speed, comfort and energy efficiency.

Bill Dixon hull design optimizes performance
The hull design by Dixon Yacht Design emphasizes stability and responsiveness. The search for a low-energy hull aims to reduce fuel consumption while guaranteeing high cruising speeds. Long-distance cruisers will find in this modern profile an answer to their expectations of autonomy and comfort, whether they're looking for a quick link to coastal anchorages or to cover more ambitious distances.

Design focused on outdoor living
Beneteau has worked on the ergonomics of the spaces, with modular zones that can be quickly converted from a navigation station to a convivial space at anchor. The "villa living" concept applied on board is expressed by large surfaces open to the sea and fluid circulation between interior and exterior. The aft cockpit, forward sundeck and deck fittings are designed to accommodate all daily activities.

An ergonomic and technological cockpit
The helm console has been designed to evoke the automotive world, with particular attention to ergonomics. The combination of digital controls, maneuvering aids and integrated screens provides the helmsman with a complete and functional station. The boat's responsiveness, coupled with intuitive controls, brings the driving experience closer to that of a Grand Touring car, a reference assumed by the shipyard.

An Alpine edition that brings together boating and motoring
The Alpine limited edition brings a distinct visual identity, with a navy blue hull and interior finishes dominated by deep blue and black tones. This collaboration with the automotive brand reflects the desire to link the worlds of motorsport and yachting. Equipment includes a special steering wheel and aesthetic details specific to this edition.

A calendar marked by two international trade fairs
The Gran Turismo 50 will make its public debut at the Paris Boat Show, November 26-30, 2025, before being presented in Düsseldorf in January 2026. These major events for the industry will give yachtsmen and professionals the opportunity to evaluate the new model at first hand, positioning it as an important milestone in the renewal of the shipyard's motorboat range.
