A chine hull to maximize interior space
Hanse Yachts reveals a little more about its new 36-foot sailing yacht, the Hanse 360. This model is the most compact in the new line designed by Berret Racoupeau. The hull features the now-typical chines for stability and performance. Located in the bow and stern, they maximize hull width to provide ample interior space. The reduced waterline should ensure high hull speed.

Making solo sailing easier
To make navigation easier, all the ends are brought back to the helm stations, facilitating single-handed sailing. Fitted on each side, each helm station has a fold-down seat to close the cockpit (an option), and all winches are positioned close together. As an option, a winch can be installed on the coaming for the headsails. A storage area for the BIB is easily accessible and easy to open from the cockpit, positioned behind the helm station.

Owners can choose between a classic stainless steel cockpit table or a fiberglass table with integrated stainless steel refrigerator. The optional barbecue between the two steering wheels can be used at a convenient standing height on the bathing platform. Once the hood is closed, it provides additional seating.

Several rig and sail options
The Hanse 360 has a sail area of 66 m2 upwind and 169 m2 downwind. The optional delphinière with integrated davit allows the rigging of a gennaker or other asymmetric spinnaker. A "performance" rig version offers a larger sail area, with a horn mainsail offering 6 m2 more than the standard mainsail. Optional electric winches facilitate maneuvering, as does the self-tacking jib. High-performance SPS Sustainable Performance sails from Elvstrøm are available as an option, mainly made from recycled materials.

12 possible layout configurations
Below deck, 16 portholes and opening hatches provide light and ventilation. With 12 possible layout combinations, the Hanse 360 âeurosâeuros can be completely configured according to the owner's needs. The large owner's cabin is available with its own bathroom on request. At the stern, there can be two comfortable cabins, or a single cabin and storage space.

The saloon can accommodate up to 8 people around the table, available in two different versions. The L-shaped galley can be configured with two additional refrigerators with a total capacity of 192 liters. A chart table is also available on board.

A package for a more luxurious finish
The "Flagship" package upgrades the level of finish to include leather handrails, more luxurious upholstery and additional reading lamps.
The Hanse 360 will be unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024, with the basic version priced at ?185,900 ex VAT.
