A new design and a new hard-top
The year 2023 marked the return of the Finnish manufacturer Aquador to the forefront. The Aquador 250 HT and 300 HT introduce a new generation of boats that have been completely redesigned inside and out. The 300 HT, currently the largest model in the range pending the launch of the 380 in 2025, has an overall length of 9.35 meters. One of the main features is the new hard-top design, at the border of an open hull and a closed cabin boat, since it is possible to completely enclose the cockpit with transparent walls and transform it into an additional sleeping area.
A new shell for improved performance
The new AquaDynamic hull allows the boat to lift off at lower speeds while requiring less acceleration to reach cruising speed. This new range has also been developed to be built using the infusion technique at the Bella Boats shipyard, which has been attached to the Nimbus Group since 2018. Regarding the motorization, the 300 HT is offered in a classic inboard sterndrive version with powers ranging from 270 to 370 horsepower, or in a 2x225 or 2x225 horsepower Mercury outboard.
A beautiful outdoor living space that can be completely closed
The rear bathing platform can be equipped with a folding bench, a table and a grill to enjoy a space at the water's edge. Access to the front deck, which can be equipped with a large sunbathing area, is via the rather narrow gangways. The starboard side is preferable, with larger steps than the port side. The cockpit, with access on the port side, offers a large U-shaped sofa with an adjustable table to transform the space into a large sunbathing area or even an additional bed. The galley opposite has a sink, stove, refrigerator and storage.
The spacious starboard cockpit is protected by the large windshield. The dashboard can accommodate up to three 12-inch screens to manage the various functions on board. The cockpit is equipped with two comfortable armchairs with flip-up seats. Numerous cockpit storage compartments allow for the storage of belongings.
An interior designed for family cruising
Below deck, the master cabin on the bow has been designed to accommodate a couple and a child. Due to the width of the bed, all three can sleep together, or the child on the bench next to it. A bathroom with WD, sink and shower as well as a double cabin on the port side complete the facilities on the lower deck. Numerous hull portholes bring light to the interior, while padding on the bulkheads in the cabins provides comfort. The decoration is based on wood, typically Scandinavian. With this 10-meter model, Aquador offers a comfortable family cruising unit, to sail in all weathers, thanks to its fully protected cockpit.
