A new range of fast catamarans
Sunreef Yachts builds luxury sailing and power catamarans. At the Miami and Fort Lauderdale boat shows, it unveiled the visuals of two new motor catamaran models, which mark the launch of the Ultima range.
This new range, initiated with the Sunreef 45 and 55 Ultima, respectively 13.7 and 16.7 m long, aims to offer hybrid motor catamarans that are customizable, comfortable and high-performance. The shipyard says it has worked on a hull shape inspired by the worlds of multihulls and monohulls for fast sailing.

A versatile program
Designed to be versatile, these boats offer a large semi-open deck, lounge areas and storage for water toys, diving and fishing gear. The aggressive design features an inverted windshield. At the stern, the bulwarks extend to enlarge the swim platform.
The main deck is composed of the main living area with kitchen, dining room and steering position. Below deck, the hulls are reserved for sleeping accommodations. In the smallest 45-foot model, there are two double cabins with private bathrooms. In the 55 feet, the layout can accommodate up to 4 cabins. From the images, we can also see that the roof of the boats will host solar panels.

Two more models to come
10 units have already been ordered, and the shipyard is preparing to reveal the other two larger models. For the moment, no information has been released about the engine.
