On board the Aventura 45: open volumes and modularity at the heart of design

The replacement for the Aventura 44 features a modernized silhouette, with inverted bows, an integrated deckhouse and large hull portholes. On board, the gain in luminosity is immediate. The deck features a raised helm station at mid-height on the port side, upstream of a manoeuvring station on the deckhouse. This positioning frees access to the starboard flybridge, which remains an intermediate half-level rather than a true upper deck.

A redesigned cockpit for smoother maneuvering

The cockpit's ergonomics have been designed to simplify circulation and provide comfort during stopovers. All ropes are led back to the manoeuvring station on the deckhouse, clearing the way to the flybridge and deck saloon. The latter can accommodate up to twelve guests around a fixed central table. The cockpit benefits from unobstructed access from the aft skirts, with volumes comparable to those of a fifty-foot boat.

A sail plan optimized for coastal and offshore cruising

With a sail area of almost 115 square meters and a recoil rig on the deckhouse, the Aventura 45 favors load distribution and visibility. The choice of a high-coverage genoa installed on the âeuros deckhouse without the option of a âeuros self-tacking jib testifies to a commitment to performance at the expense of simplified handling.

Modular layouts for up to six cabins

It's when it comes to layout that the Aventura 45 really stands out. The catamaran can be configured with three, four, five or six cabins, and up to four heads. The companionways in the cockpit provide direct access to certain aft cabins, particularly in the owner's versions. Such flexibility is rare in this category. Sleeping berths perpendicular to the waterline optimize space without impeding circulation.

A bright interior

The abandonment of the mast in front of the deckhouse, in favor of a mast resting on the deckhouse and supported in the saloon by a sponge, has enabled the volumes to be redistributed. The central saloon houses an L-shaped galley, a navigation area equipped with a Garmin EmpirBus control unit and a large dinette. The whole area remains fluid and bright, and benefits from an unobstructed view of the outside, thanks to the lowering of the side bulkheads and the design of the windows.
