The semi-rigid market is evolving: boats are getting bigger, more motorized and more equipped. The Salpa Soleil 30 falls into this category of semi-rigid habitable boats, very well equipped, offering the possibility to practice small cruising comfortably. But this comfort has a price, as shown by the long list of options as of 2022.
Must-have options
Some of them concern navigation, such as the bow thruster for 5,500 euros, a Garmin 9-inch plotter screen for 1,200 euros or a Garmin AIS VHF for 2,100 euros. For comfort, you can opt for the fridge in the cockpit for 2,100 euros, or the cooking surface for 550 euros. A battery charger will also be appreciated back in port. It will cost 1 750 euros. Finally, it is difficult to imagine sailing without the bimini protection above the cockpit. This comes in addition to the polyester roll bar at 8,200 euros.
Finally, for the aesthetics, the boat is delivered as standard with white gelcoat and black floats. Another color can be chosen from a palette of three choices for 1,900 euros.

The basic version of the Salpa Soleil 30 is priced at 154,000 euros, including VAT, without a hull. The version we tested with the 2 x 200 hp Yamaha is offered at 234,800 euros TTC.
Faced with this, we can cite a few competitors. Among the models that are close to 9 meters, equipped with a cabin like the Soleil 30, we find in this category the Zar 95 SL of 9.50 meters, from 210,500 euros TTC with 1 x 350 hp, the Capelli Tempest 900 WA of 9.50 meters, at 179,000 euros TTC with 2 x 250 hp or the Nuova Joli Prince 28 Sport Cabin, a little smaller with only 8.80 meters, proposed at 130,000 euros TTC without engine and 227,000 euros TTC with 1 x 350 hp
