Creatives and WWF mobilize to protect the oceans with an exhibition at the Grand Pavois

The Creative Awards 2016 advertising competition aims to raise awareness of the importance and urgency of respecting and protecting the oceans. The creations will be exhibited at the Grand Pavois in La Rochelle from September 28 to October 3, 2016.

Launched by WWF France and the printer Saxoprint, the Creative Awards 2016 competition once again mobilized creative people from all walks of life for a great cause. For its second edition, the contest focused on the protection of the oceans and marine biodiversity.

Participants had until March 15 to design the next communication campaign of WWF France. The objective was to create a creative campaign to make as many people as possible aware of the importance and urgency to respect and protect the oceans. The operation was a success, as the competition organizers received more than 900 creations.

Public price

After a first selection by the jury, chaired this year by Olivier Altmann, 15 posters were submitted to the vote of Internet users for the Public Prize. The three winners have just been chosen: Laureline Monsalier wins the first prize for "L'aquarium", Bastien Denimal wins the second prize for "Séparation mer Moïse", and finally Thibault Chancerelle wins the third prize for "Pélican".

The complete announcement of the results will take place on June 15. a total of 10 prizes will be awarded: 5 prizes from the jury, 2 prizes from the young creatives awarded by the Movement for Young and Student Entrepreneurs (Moovjee) and 3 prizes from the public sponsored by the Act Responsable association.

The winner of the 2016 Jury Prize will have the chance to sign the next WWF campaign and will see his or her creation broadcast in the media and on the Parisian Métrobus network. In addition, the 10 winners of this new edition will share more than 16âeuros000 euros of financial endowments.

The best creations will also be highlighted through several exhibitions that will take place in 2016 including the grand Pavois de La Rochelle exhibition . Called "the Creative awards tour", these exhibitions will aim to raise public awareness of the cause of ocean protection.

Last year, the exhibitions on the challenges of climate change had brought together more than 50âeuros000 visitors.
