Port Grimaud Marina

The Marina de Port Grimaud is at the heart of the lakeside town of Port Grimaud, and offers 250 moorings for rent on fixed and hanging pontoons for boats from 27 to 72 feet in length, with a maximum draught of 3.2 meters. Moorings can be rented by the year, month, week or day, at the quayside or on pontoons. All moorings are equipped with water and electricity terminals.

The Marina is divided into three water areas: the PGI water area with the outer harbor, where speed is limited to 3 knots as in the passes, the harbor, the canals and the Giscle. Access to the marina is via the Grand Canal. Zone 1 includes the Canal Oriental, Canal du Nord, Lac Intérieur, Canal Occidental and Canal de la Giscle. The second zone is the Plan d'Eau PG Sud, with the Grand Canal, Petit Canal, Canal du Midi and Port Sud. Finally, the 3 e the area includes Port occidental, Port communal, Désirade and Grand Bassin.

Services

The Port Grimaud Marina includes a shipyard, a service station in the Grand Canal at the entrance to the port, and an E5 crane. Used oil tanks and used battery depots can be found in the shipyard, in zone 1, and in the marina harbor master's office, in zone 3. The harbor master's office also houses distress flares. Sanitary facilities are available in each zone, as well as in the harbor master's office. In zone 3, self-service WiFi is available everywhere. Shops, vending machines, telephone booths and outdoor parking spaces are available throughout Port Grimaud. Shuttle buses also run to and from St-Tropez.

To preserve the environment, Port Grimaud has set up a number of initiatives:

  • black water pumping service (by reservation, mornings only, up to a maximum of 1,000 liters),
  • recovery of distress rockets,
  • recovery of used batteries,
  • recovery of used oil,
  • used battery collection,
  • regular channel cleaning,
  • a 3 x 50-metre anti-pollution boom,
  • absorbent pads (plant granules) and dispersants
  • an electric service cart,
  • transportation of port owners and users using electric boats and carts
  • the installation of selective sorting containers
  • communicating information on bathing water quality,
  • staff who have completed the "CLEAN PORTS" training course

On its website, it also offers advice on how to adopt a more ecological approach to navigation.
