The new Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupé marks an important step in the transition to eco-responsible yachting. By combining electric propulsion with modern yacht design, Sirena Yachts aims to meet the growing demand for environmentally-friendly boating solutions.
Hybrid propulsion: A new era for mid-size cruisers

The Sirena 48 hybrid model introduces a series hybrid propulsion system to the mid-size cruiser segment. Its two 213 kW electric motors offer emission-free navigation over short distances. To take this even further, the cruiser is equipped with two 180 kW generators. This type of propulsion provides a silent range of up to 24 nautical miles in 100% electric mode with optional batteries, or 12 nautical miles with the standard configuration. For longer crossings, the hybrid architecture, combining batteries and generators, offers a range of up to 350 nautical miles, while allowing batteries to be recharged en route.

Performance and autonomy: impressive capabilities

The Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupe stands out for its flexibility. It can reach a maximum speed of 14 knots, but its optimum cruising mode is around 6.5 knots, with power consumption of less than 35 kW. This makes for completely silent cruising, ideal for reaching anchorages or marinas.

Owners can extend the electric range by adding additional battery packs, increasing capacity to 156.4 kWh. This option considerably increases sailing time in silent mode, an asset for boaters seeking to minimize their ecological footprint.
The sun as an additional source of energy

The coupé's streamlined roof is not just a design element, it also discreetly integrates solar panels capable of delivering up to 4.2 kW. Depending on weather conditions, these panels can generate between 10 and 12 kWh per day, extending the yacht's electrical autonomy, whether sailing or at anchor. This passive recharging solution contributes to the yacht's overall efficiency, while further reducing its environmental impact.
Unaltered comfort

Despite its advanced propulsion technology, the Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupé doesn't compromise comfort on board. The spacious interior remains true to the award-winning design of the Sirena 48, with a full-width owner's cabin, a VIP cabin forward, and a third cabin that can be adapted to suit individual needs. Onboard living spaces are designed to maximize the cruising experience, with a convivial salon on the main deck and a multi-function hydraulic bathing platform.

Designed for inland waters

With a draft of just 1.16 meters, the Sirena 48 Hybrid Coupe is perfectly suited to sailing in shallow waters, such as the inland waterways of Europe, America or the Australian coast. This shallow draft, combined with a low, elegant superstructure, opens up new cruising opportunities for yachtsmen seeking to explore areas often inaccessible to other yachts of this size.
