Popular with boaters
In 2020, Tecnorib launched a range of walkaround RIBs, the first model of which, the Pirelli 42, was followed by the Pirelli 35. The shipyard is taking a new step forward with the launch of a 15m "mega-rig", the Pirelli 50. Even before its official presentation at the end of April 2022, Tecnorib announces that it has already filled its booking book for the year and half of the following year.
Versatile use
Versatile, the Pirelli 50 is suitable for day trips, multi-day cruises, but also for a tender or chase boat program for superyachts. Its sporty design is characteristic of the range, as is the hull with two steps.
Safety in travel
The exterior layout ensures easy circulation on board, using the gangways to reach the large raised sunbathing area at the front with a bench seat opposite. The deck plan is secured by the addition of a large polyester reinforcement at the rear of the floats and a handrail hidden in the gunwales at the front that runs all the way to the bow.
Everything to rest and cook
The aft sundeck has tilting backrests to serve as both a lounge area and a central dining area around the extendable teak table. The facing bench seat is integrated into the polyester block of the bar/kitchen area covered by the hard top extension. There is a sink, two induction hobs, three refrigerators and an ice maker.
A large central cockpit
The huge ergonomic cockpit is well protected by a high windscreen, extended by the hard-top. It has three seats with a folding seat for sitting or standing piloting. This area has been designed to be higher than the rest of the deck to increase visibility. Storage is integrated on the deck for easy access.
A very livable tire
Five steps lead down to the lower deck, whose images suggest a good deal of habitability. The cabin offers two berths, a double in the bow and two single beds in the mid-cabin. The central space offers many cupboards for storage and the kitchen. Several side portholes and deck hatches bring in light. The height under the head of the boat, except on the stern, seems to allow standing. The space is completed by a bathroom with toilet, sink and separate shower.
Outboard or inboard
The first unit of the Pirelli 50 is equipped with two Mercury Verado outboards with 600 hp each. The two 7.5L V12 engines are equipped with a two-speed automatic transmission and guarantee a maximum speed of 50 knots. Additional inboard and outboard engines are available as options, for a total maximum power of 1,800 hp.
