Stand Up Paddle
Democratized over the last fifteen years in Europe, SUP is practiced on a large board called a Paddle Board (or SUP). Very easy to access, it lets you cruise at your own pace, offering simplified access to creeks near your anchorage. Rigid or inflatable, paddle boards are suitable for all ages.

The Wingfoil
Wingfoil consists of surfing on a board equipped with a foil and propelled by an inflatable wing. However, it is strongly recommended to take a training course if you want to become an independent sailor as soon as possible.

Wakeboarding

The water bike

The towed buoy

It's a buoy that's towed behind a motorboat, at sea or on a lake. Not requiring a lot of power, many models of towed craft are available to provide thrills, solo or in a group.

The underwater scooter is a propulsion device that lets you swim in the sea or lake. Fun and easy to access, you can use it for freediving or scuba diving, and discover the underwater world effortlessly. Numerous models are available for adults and children alike.
Longe côte

Longe côte is an aquatic walk that can be practised on a beach with low gradient and no obstacles. Easily accessible and practicable all year round, longe côte strengthens muscles and the cardiovascular system without risking joints.
