Web series / Nomad Citizen Sailing : To each his own role on board!

In this 15th episode of Nomad Citizen Sailing - filmed before the lockdown - we find Marvin, Daniela and Baby Tara continuing their journey to Cadiz.

After Bolonia Marvin, Daniela and baby Tara went to Barbate, and more precisely to the port of the town because of bad weather conditions. This stop at the pontoon allowed them to rinse all their sailboat in fresh water, but especially their chain. The latter is heavily rusted and Marvin hopes to prolong its use.

After a night in the shelter, the sea is much calmer and the family resumes its journey towards Cadiz. This close-hauled coastal sailing will take them to Conil, in the province of Cadiz, where they will anchor for two nights in a sheltered anchorage off the glowing red cliffs

Daniela takes advantage of this navigation to explain the role of each halyard and listen to the piano, but above all her role on the boat. While Marvin is on the manoeuvres, Daniela is in charge of stowing the cockpit, once the sails have been trimmed and once at anchor. To each his own job?!

After a moment of playing and sharing with Tara and a good night's sleep, the couple wakes up surrounded by turquoise water. If the idea of the departure is to visit the beach, Daniela and Marvin finally give up, for fear of damaging their dinghy with the many rocks that are there

So it will be underwater fishing for Marvin who will still have no luck and training in the square, the weather being fresh and windy to stay outside
