At the request of its customers and to attract a more Mediterranean public, the aluminium-hulled semi-rigid brand - Highfield - is launching a new version of its 760, which was discovered during the Route du Rhum 2018 in particular. Thus, if the deep V hull remains the same, the deck layout has been completely redesigned to offer more comfort on board this Sport 760.

Starting with the large sunbathing area at the front, a must for sailing in the south to enjoy the sun and relax at anchor. The console has also been redesigned with pretty sleek and sporty lines. Very wide and imposing, it receives a small rounded windscreen that does not protect the entire structure. Two bolster seats with lift-up seat allow you to drive standing or sitting. The leaning-post rises to reveal a very large storage box. Note the easy-to-use hanging system.

On the front, the console receives a seat with backrest and armrests. The latter opens from above to reveal a second trunk at the front. Due to the large console width, the forward passage is quite narrow.

Finally, a right bench seat is located at the rear of the cockpit with a 3rd storage compartment underneath. On the engine side, the Sport 760 receives a single-engine outboard engine from 200 to 350 HP with a recommended power of 250 HP. On request, it is possible to opt for a dual motorization. The large platforms that frame the engines and floats are very large and can be easily moved from one side to the other via the large basin, or easily accessed by water. The small decks on the floats make it quite easy to get on board.

Both the hypalon floats and the upholstery are available in several colours to personalise your boat. While the yard has teamed up with an Italian designer to bring elegance and comfort to this new model, notably with a refined upholstery, a redesigned console and a sunbathing area, the Sport 760 nevertheless retains a sporty and adventurous feel. Even if he is approaching it, his programme is not yet in line with that of the Italian competition.
