Why don't you take a Glastron at the Nautic 2017?

In full European development, Glastron will be present at the 2017 Paris Boat Show with a model from each of its ranges. In order to strengthen its presence in France, the American shipyard recently acquired by Jeanneau will present more units than in 2016.

Which boats are on display at the Glastron stand?

We will present 5 models for Glastron, 4 boats on the stand and a smaller boat outside the stand, on a specific location within the hall. We will have two big novelties, the GTD 200, which is part of the brand new GTD (D for Deck boat) range. Glastron had already made deck boats in the past, but this range is really different from what has been made elsewhere.

There will be one model from each of our 4 ranges, to present the whole panel of what the brand does.

The GT range From 18 to 24 feet, our classic range of runabouts, very American connoted with speed, fun, sensations, proposed in HB or IB version.

The GTS range which offers the same models as the GT range, but with a sporty look (colours, design, upholstery, graphics...).

The GTD range which is a new range consisting of 4 boats from 18 to 22 feet with a new line compared to what had already been done at Glastron.

The GS range The new HB version, previously offered in inboard and now available in HB.

What are the arrangements and activities put in place to welcome visitors?

Glastron and Wellcraft - our American brands within Jeanneau - are on the same stand, but differ in terms of visual identity (colour, visual...) and will each have their own dedicated space. The two brands will however share the same welcome bank. Glastron will be present in Hall 4 on stand A9, with a surface area of 371 m2. The GTS 185 will be presented in a multi-manufacturer area in H2-2.

Dealers from our network will be present at the stand to inform visitors and customers about the models on display. There will be French representatives, but not only.

This year, our hostesses will be equipped with a tablet with a brand new mobile application to better inform visitors to the show. With this novelty, they will be able to orient the visitor, give them the right contact according to their location, whether or not they are present at the show. Thanks to their contact, we will also be able to accompany them in their purchasing process.

Is it possible to visit the boats freely or is it necessary to book in advance?

Yes, it is. Visitors are free to come aboard and ask questions to our dealers.

Why do you need to come to your booth?

Because we are developing these American brands on the European market. We are bringing more boats - 5 instead of 3 in 2016 and we are making more sellers available to visitors. Vice President of Engineering Christophe Lavigne will be present at the booth and will be coming from Cadillac, Michigan where the boats are designed. He will bring his expert perspective on boat design.
