When Evian makes babies surf!


The mineral water brand Evian, which plays on the credo of youth, returns with a new advertising campaign featuring its famous babies. And this time, it's the theme of surfing that she has chosen to showcase her toddlers!

Evian unveiled its new commercial featuring the "Evian babies" on Wednesday, April 20th Entitled Baby Bay, the video features a young surfer, spotting a paradise island. While surfing his way there, he comes across a baby surfer. So surprised, he falls into the water. And there he regains consciousness on the beach, rescued by baby rescuers. He then wanders around the island and meets a whole bunch of babies who act like adults: sunbathing in the sun, surfing, music scene, barman..

Since 1998, Evian has been surfing on the success of this winning formula which includes babies and the revival of well-known music. Here it's Kokomo, by the Beach Boys, covered by Lilly Wood & The Prick.

Evian had moreover been awarded four prizes at the Cannes Lions 2013 for its advertising campaigns, which each time met with phenomenal success. "Baby & Me", its previous ad had totalled more than 180 million views!

In a nod to his previous advertising campaign "Baby & Me", where adults saw their baby version reflections in the mirror, the surfer crosses his mini-double, combi on his hips and surfboard in his hand.
