Who are the French shipyards in Düsseldorf?

The Boot in Dusseldorf takes place from January 23 to 31, 2016 in Germany. The largest European boat show, it is also the show for all nationalities, but especially the French, present in large numbers, especially in the halls dedicated to sailing. Here is a small overview of the French shipyards present at the show.

The Boot in Dusseldorf opened this Saturday, January 23, 2016 and counts 1940 exhibitors from all over the world (65 countries)! Europe's largest boat show is attracting more and more people as last year there were 1741 exhibitors from 57 different countries.

The first exhibiting country is of course Germany (960), followed by the Netherlands (138), Italy (115) and France (93), in 4 e position. An important representation since 65 countries exhibit at the Düsseldorf boat show. So who are the French present in Germany? Small or large shipyards? Sailing or motor? Boats or equipment?

Among the French exhibitors, we find mostly the shipyards, of rather important size, even if some shipyards with human size are of the part, like Rhéa Marine or La Gazelle des Sables. The shipyard that exhibits the most boats is undoubtedly Jeanneau, with 29 boats on display. Prestige, Jeanneau's luxury range, is also present with 4 boats. Bénéteau is just behind with 24 models on display (including 3 models for the Monte Carlo range).

Even if the two biggest French boat builders exhibit mostly motor boats, the French are more present in the sailing sector. There are 31 French exhibitors in the halls dedicated to sailing (15 & 16) against 8 exhibitors in the halls dedicated to motor boats (4,5 & 6).

The equipment manufacturers (in the broadest sense) are also well represented at the Boot, with 22 French exhibitors in Halls 10, 11 & 12.

French shipyards present at the Boot

Allures Yachting is present at the show with the Allure 39.9 and the Allure 45 presented in Zen or Kara version ( first connected touch card table ) The shipyard has also installed an immersion cube that offers a virtual reality experience to discover the models not on display at the show.

Astus Boat exhibits its new 2015 product, the Astus 16.5 after 11 years of producing family trimarans, Astus Boats is launching a new sport boat with the Astus 16.5, simply designed by VPLP.

Black Pepper is present at the show with the Code 0 .

ePoh the new generation dinghy is also presented at the Boot in Dusseldorf. This orange and white dinghy, developed by Yannick d'Armancourt, in partnership with the Kaïros shipyard, in Concarneau. Presentation of the skiff which opens the practice to all.

High Tide the Breton shipyard is present with its new sailboat, the Django 980 . The big brother of 7.70 is a coastal and offshore cruiser that comes in keelboat, lifting keel and twin keel. Built entirely in infusion, the Django 9.80 is solid and light at the same time. The evolving chine hull combines power, stability and interior space. The cockpit has been ideally designed for short-handed maneuvers.

The construction site Amel is present with the Amel 55 presented with a light oak interior.

The Bordeaux construction site NBCC exhibits two models, the CNB 76 for the first time in Germany and the CNB 92, revealed in Cannes and which completes the semi-custom range.

Lagoon presented the world premiere of the Lagoon 42 but also exhibits the 450 S and unveiled its new projects, the Seventy 7 (sailing catamaran) and the Seventy 8 (motor catamaran).

Beneteau is present in the halls dedicated to sailing as well as in those dedicated to engines. The Vendée shipyard exhibits the Oceanis 35 , 38 , 45 , 48, 60 and the novelty unveiled in Paris, the 41.1 .

For the motorboat range, the shipyard exhibits the Flyers 5.5 Sundeck, 5.5 Spacedeck, 6.6 Sundeck, 7.7 Sundeck and the novelty the 8.8 Sundeck . In the Antares range are presented the 6.80, the 7.80 and the 8.80. The Barracuda 7 and 8 (new), the Swift Trawler 30 (new), the Swift Trawler 44, the Gran Turismo 40 (new), 46 (new) and the 49 Fly complete the panel. Without forgetting the Monte Carlo 4, 5 and 6 .

Privilege Marine will present its range of Privilege sailboats or catamarans as well as its range of powerboats and catamarans Furio & Euphoria.

At Dufour Yacht we expose the Dufour 350 GL , the 382 GL , the 560 GL and the four new products, the Dufour 460 GL and the Drakkar 24 as well as the upcoming models for 2016, the 412 and 512 GL.

Foutaine Pajot unveils the Lucia 40 (presented in world premiere at the Nautic) for sailing and MY37 for the engine.

Garcia Yachting presents the world premiere of exploration 52 a safe, reliable, comfortable, beautifully designed, ready to sail, high-performance trans-oceanic yacht.

Jeanneau is present in the sailing and motor halls with numerous models. From its sailing range, the shipyard presents the Sun Odyssey 349 and the new 389, 419, 449 and 479. As well as the new Jeanneau 54 and the Jeanneau 64 .

For the engines, it exhibits the Leader 5.5 CC, 6.5 CC, 7.5 CC 2 5.5 WA, 6.5 WA, 7.5 WA 2 8.5 WA, the 6.5 DC and the new 10.5 WA . In the Merry Fisher range, there are the 605, 695, 855 and the new 795 . As well as the 695 and 755 Marlin.

Prestige exhibits the 550, 500, 420 and the new 680 .

Finally, inboard motorization, Jeanneau exposes the Leader 36, 40 and the novelty, the 46 . As well as the NC 9, 11 and 14 and the Velasco 37 F.

At Rhea Marine the Rhéa 30 Evolution, the 730 Baltic, the 27 Escapade and the 730 Baltic are on display in the motorboat hall the Open 23 100 e edition .

Zodiac which was acquired a short time ago, is present in Düsseldorf to show the good health of its brand.

Also note the presence of the following work sites Catana Catamarans (Bali Catamarans), Latitude 46 with their famous Tofinou .

Great Slough meaban, a shipyard that builds traditional wooden sailboats, presents Meaban.

JPK Composite presents 3 sport sailboats, and Outremer Yachting presents its range thanks to a simulation technology that allows to discover all the ranges.

J Composites is present with two sailboats, its novelty the J/112E and J/122E.

At Fora Marine, no boats on display, but a stand to present the range.

For Tricat the Boot in Dusseldorf is the first trade fair where the yard presents its Tricat 25 Evolution .

Wauquiez exhibits the Centurion 57, the Optio and the Pilot Saloon 48 .
