Chuck Patterson discovered wave skiing in 2009 with Mike Douglas and Cody Townsend, who ski on the waves of Maui. Now a specialist in this practice, he proves once again that he is as comfortable at sea as he is on land, surfing the waves of Hawaii.
A fan of snow sports - he enjoys surfing, stand-up paddle, kitesurfing and skiing - he first tried his luck by skiing the Jaws wave in Hawaii in 2011. He does it again in 2014 but this time, he pushes the resemblance by also putting on his suit. Armed with his poles, and wearing his skis, he slides effortlessly on the waves.
