Seanapps: The connected app for serene, intelligent navigation

Developed by Groupe Beneteau and launched in 2021, Seanapps is establishing itself as the benchmark solution for connected boat management. With more than 13,000 units already equipped, it now represents the largest fleet of connected boats in the world.

An application to keep an eye on your boat, wherever you are

Seanapps is a free mobile app, available on iOS and Android, that allows boaters to remotely monitor up to 35 control points on board their boat. Thanks to worldwide 4G coverage and its own battery, it works 24/7, even when the board is switched off.

GPS position, battery voltage, bilge level, engine data, average and maximum speed, fuel level and interior humidity are all just a click away. Seanapps technology is now standard on 132 models, and is used by over 700 professionals worldwide.

A modular solution with additional sensors

In addition to the basic package, Seanapps can be fitted with additional sensors: motion detectors, opening sensors, water sensors, temperature, humidity and air-conditioning switch-on sensors. Security equipment such as engine or tender anti-theft devices are also supported.

Maintenance sensors (shore power, generator, battery voltage) enable the owner to anticipate maintenance and limit technical incidents.

Features designed with boaters in mind

The application offers a navigation tracker ("Trips") that lets you relive your outings, analyze your performance, add photos and keep a digital logbook.

The geofencing function can be used to define a safety perimeter around the boat: if it is crossed, an alert is immediately sent. Real-time alerts also detect any suspicious activity or technical anomaly on board.

Thanks to usage history and manufacturer recommendations, maintenance becomes more predictable. Owners can communicate directly with their dealer via the app to organize any necessary interventions.
