Breeze Festival: a new nautical event in Marseille in April 2025

On April 12 and 13, 2025, the Yacht Club de la Pointe Rouge (YCPR) is organizing the Breeze Festival, Marseille's first free sailing festival open to all. The aim of the event is to promote sailing in all its forms, both for enthusiasts and for the curious who wish to discover the world of sailing.

Over the two days, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the pleasures of sailing, from the boat pool for the youngest to three-hour sailboat outings.

On land, visitors will be able to meet and talk to industry professionals and partners, attend conferences and meet well-known sportsmen and women. Initiations to wing skate will also be on offer, while visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of catering options offered by food-trucks, facing the sea.

For 10 euros, participants will be able to try out a range of nautical disciplines: foiling, windsurfing, sailing on small and large boats. At the same time, a wingfoil competition will take place in the background, offering visitors a dynamic show. Funds raised will be donated to the Société Nationale des Sauveteurs en Mer (SNSM), as well as to an association supporting young people in difficulty and the YCPR.
