Prestige Yachts F5.7, a new modern model with an outward-looking design

Prestige Yachts presents its new model, the F5.7, a 17-meter yacht with a modern, dynamic design. Designed by Michael Peters, this yacht puts the emphasis on outdoor spaces, with large windows and a cockpit facing the sea. The boat will be unveiled for the first time at the Cannes Boat Show in September 2024.

Modern lines that emphasize the exterior

Prestige Yachts unveils the second model in its F Line New Generation series, the Prestige F5.7. At 17 m long, this new model is positioned at the heart of the brand, in the 40 to 70-foot motor yacht segment. The hull of the F5.7, designed by Michael Peters, features an ultra-deep V and a slightly rounded bow to improve stability. The lines are modern and dynamic, and emphasize a wide openness to the outside world, whether through the living spaces or the many large windows.

The "fashion plates" on the sides, in line with the hull's extensive glazing, mark the visual identity of the new-generation F-Line.

A flybridge that combines all the key elements

The flybridge is topped by a hard-top with a sunroof. There's an open-air cockpit with a co-pilot's seat, inspired by customer requests. The sundeck is in the immediate vicinity. The rest of the layout is classic, with a bar and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a C-shaped bench seat and a table for 6 guests.

A front beach for relaxation

We continue our exploration of the exterior spaces with a beautiful foredeck, featuring arched seating around a table and a large sunbathing area with adjustable backrests. Enjoy the privacy of the anchorage from the foredeck, easily accessible from the secure gangways.

A cockpit facing the sea

The cockpit of the F5.7 faces out to sea. Access to the submersible aft platform is via secure steps to port and starboard. The saloon, with its two facing bench seats and your table, is positioned differently, not with your back to the sea, but sideways, so you can enjoy the sea at anchor, for example. It's easy to move around, and there's plenty of storage space. Protected from the sun, the cockpit can also be transformed into a private space using a fabric awning.

A light-filled interior with ocean views

Linked to the exterior, the fully equipped "OceanView Galley" forms a cockpit bar by opening the upper window. Inside, the saloon features a C-shaped sofa with a sea view, obtained thanks to the large superstructure windows that drop very low. Thanks to the rear window and large windscreen, the upper deck is bathed in light, offering a circular view.

Private access to the Master cabin

Owners have direct access to their cabin from the main deck. Located at the bow of the boat, on a half-level, it is far from the engine room when underway, and far from the pontoons in port. It features a central king-size bed, a private bathroom with separate shower and double washbasin, a dressing table and a large dressing room. To create a cocoon, the shipyard chose wood and textiles in natural hues.

Two additional guest cabins

On the guest side, the VIP cabin with sea view features a queen-size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The oblique bed layout should make moving around a breeze.

A third cabin offers two single beds and a separate bathroom. A large storage area at the rear of the yacht can be optionally converted into a fully equipped skipper's cabin, with separate access.

A wide range of technologies

To enhance safety on board, the Prestige F5.7 will be equipped with Seanapps technology. This application enables easy control of on-board equipment, navigation and comfort data. All yacht functions, from air conditioning to bilge pump, can now be managed and controlled via the Ship Control digital interface. The Volvo IPS joystick and transmission system, aided by Garmin Surround View cameras, make port maneuvers easy.

The Prestige F5.7 is powered by a 2 x 600 hp Volvo IPS 800 D8, giving the boat a top speed of 27 knots and a cruising speed of 23 knots.

A new name for the new-generation F-Line range

A new naming strategy for the new-generation F-Line products will be rolled out for September 2024. The Prestige F5 will be introduced to the public as the F5.7, and the F4 becomes the F4.9.
