Well-used spaces
The Leopard 40 PC has a nice front cockpit accessible directly from the saloon through a front door. Thus, we can distinguish on board this motor catamaran, several living spaces on board.

In addition to the cabins, there is the saloon with its kitchen, the aft cockpit protected from the sun and rain by the flybridge, and the forward cockpit, which is much more exposed, an ideal location when at anchor to enjoy the fresh air. Last but not least, the fly with its lounging area and sunbathing area, and the dining area with a table large enough to accommodate all the crew.

To develop this latest generation, the South African shipyard Robertson&Caine worked on enlarging the flybridge. Indeed, designed for sailing in the tropics, it is a space often used on board, as it includes a steering position in addition to the mate in the saloon, as well as an outdoor kitchen and dinette area. In fact, the shipyard also took up the challenge of integrating a kitchen as large as that of the 46. Bravo !
A single layout plan

It should be noted that the shipyard offers only one layout version for this Leopard 40PC. Indeed, this boat is only available in a 3-cabin version. The starboard hull is reserved for the owner's cabin with a large bathroom in the bow. The other two cabins, in the port hull, have a smaller bathroom unique to both cabins. However, the version dedicated to private individuals is only distinguished by an imitation teak deck covering. All other finishes and equipment are identical.

24 knots in maximum speed

This boat is available in 3 versions of motorization with 2x250, 2x320 and 2x370 horses. It is in the most powerful version that the first sales are realized. With hulls with redans fine enough for their lively works, this catamaran of 12 m reaches 24 knots in top speed. The average speed is 15 knots, at which the boat consumes 55 l/h for its two engines. Thus, the announced autonomy is 450 miles with the 1850 liters of diesel embarked. But at a speed of 7 knots, the boat offers a range of 1500 miles.

The Leopard 40PC is available from 915,000 euros excluding VAT.
