The hull of the Pardo 43 is built in vinylester infusion in one piece with the keel while the superstructure and deck are in PVC sandwich. Its V-shaped hull with an angle of 16° aft and 50° forward ensures good seakeeping, fast trimming and fluid manoeuvring. Its walk-around deck makes it easy to move around on board, and the many handrails inside make it safe to move around. Its sporty design is accentuated by its descending blanks - the bulwarks are higher at the front than at the rear. This configuration protects the foredeck - which receives another large sundeck - from water splashes.

At the bow is the anchor locker, the bow opens to let out the anchor and its anchor winch, thanks to a piston system. An ingenious, fully automatic system.

At the stern is a large hydraulic platform with a huge overhanging sundeck, which covers the engine block - 2 x Volvo IPS 500 (370 hp) diesel (optional IPS 600), giving it a speed of 39 knots. On the deck, behind the sundeck, a saloon with two large benches serves as a dining area. The multi-position backrests make it possible to modulate the space: enlarge the sunbathing area by lowering the table, create a bench facing the outside kitchen, next to the pilot seats.

The helm station has 3 pilot seats, the lower part of which is removable for standing driving. The large windshield without side pillars protects the rider from spray. Access to the cabin is through a sliding door on the port side. A carbon T-top with an electric bimini (which can be kept in navigation up to 20 knots) houses the steering console.

In this space there is a double cabin at the bow with plenty of storage space and a bathroom with separate shower. At the stern, the space is used for storage and can optionally accommodate a second cabin with two separate beds. The cabins are bright and naturally ventilated. Note the possibility of standing in the mid-cabin thanks to the clever use of height under the pilot seats.
