Prepare your mask and bottles for a dinner at a depth of 5 m!

For 10 years, Nemo 33 was the deepest diving pool in the world with its 33 m depth, before being dethroned by the Y-40 (Italy). To renew itself, the Brussels complex opened the Deep Diner, the first permanent underwater restaurant.

Deep Diner presents itself as the world's first permanent underwater restaurant. Here, however, you will not be diving in the turquoise waters of the ocean, but in one of the deepest diving pools in the world, the Nemo 33, which is 33 m deep.

Nemo 33, the 2nd deepest diving pit in the world

This restaurant installed at a depth of 5m is a 4m3 sphere in which you can enjoy a 2-hour underwater culinary experience in the heart of Brussels. Here, no wetsuit as the water is at 33°, your swimsuit will suffice! For the moment, the experience is available for two people, although two couples will be able to enjoy the experience in the future.

A dinner at a depth of two to 5 m

There are two ways to go down there: independently for experienced divers or with a guide after a one-hour initiation. Once inside the bubble, we will enjoy a dinner of about 1 hour in the watertight sphere, leaving mask and bottles in the airlock around it. The price is 99 euros per person for holders of a diving certificate and 148 euros per person for beginners. Allow about 2 hours for preparation and dinner and don't forget to book (obligatory) 2 weeks in advance to reserve!

Once installed in the bubble firmly attached in the marine pit, an "underwater" waitress comes to deliver your meal in a waterproof suitcase.
